We do not employ letting agents and are therefore able to provide immediate and accurate confirmation of availability, rates and can finalise reservations without delay.
Our rates include a free catering starter pack, linen and towels and weekly cleaning. All our accommodation is no smoking. Children are welcome but sorry no pets.
Optional additional services are available– garage parking, baby sitting, laundry and dry cleaning, personal shopping and unpacking, dinner party catering and business centre support. There are supplementary charges for these services which are all subject to availability.

Lansdown Club Rooms – Our executive hotel style Club rooms are located
in a stunning Georgian terraced house overlooking the square. Each large bedroom
has a double bed with luxurious en-suite facilities. These rooms have
exclusive access to the private Club Lounge and self catering facilities on the first
floor. The lounge has its own balcony overlooking the square and has a relaxed atmosphere with widescreen television, Sky,
DVD and sound surround audio. A self-service continental breakfast can
be provided if required. Club rooms with television and access to the
private lounge are available from £85/night for weekly bookings.
